Course Description
This is the industry’s standard demand for training! The Master Molder® I certification is designed for the process technician, engineer, or manager who needs to understand and demonstrate injection molding skills at the machine. Participants will be able to demonstrate the development of a Decoupled II process. Anyone responsible for implementing a processing strategy in their plant, or anyone held accountable for quality issues are prime candidates for this training.
There is a reason you see the request for ~~Master Molder® certification in all the want ads. Students learn to apply methods, strategies, and techniques of injection molding from the plastic’s point of view, all taught in a real-world production floor environment. This hands-on, in-depth training enables students to leave with solid skills that can be applied immediately in their facility.

La certificazione Master Molder® I è progettata per l’addetto ai processi, l’ingegnere o il manager che deve comprendere e dimostrare capacità di controllo dello stampaggio. I partecipanti saranno in grado di dimostrare come sviluppare un processo Decoupled II. Possibili partecipanti al corso sono i responsabili della messa in opera di una strategia di elaborazione nel proprio impianto o i responsabili del controllo di qualità. Gli studenti apprenderanno ad applicare metodi, strategie e tecniche per lo stampaggio a iniezione dal punto di vista della plastica, il tutto in un contesto di produttività reale. L’addestramento, pratico e approfondito, permette agli studenti di lasciare il corso con un apprendimento concreto che può essere applicato immediatamente in laboratorio.

Prerequisiti per la partecipazione al corso
Prima di registrarsi alla classe Master Molder I, RJG consiglia di iscriversi alla classe Systematic Molding (Stampaggio sistematico) o di sostenere l’esame gratuito e confidenziale di valutazione on line. Todos los participantes de la Maestria de Moldeo en Espanol I (Spanish Master Molder I) que se llevara a cabo del 30 de julio al 10 de agosto del 2012 requieren haber presentado el Examen de Evaluacion de Espanol (Spanish Assessment Test) dentro de los ultimos 3 anos y haber obtenido una calificacion minima del 70%.
