We want to personally thank you for being an RJG client and take this opportunity to share an update on actions we are taking to help protect against the spread of COVID-19 while still making every attempt to support you and your business. Given the restrictions many states have put in place, we want to assure you that we will continue to serve you. As a key supplier to the transportation and healthcare sectors, RJG and its suppliers are deemed Essential Businesses and Operations. The Michigan order, like orders in other states, makes exceptions for such essential businesses.

Remote Consultation and Support
The tools and systems we have allow us to review, assess, and project actionable tasks for your business from a virtual setting. If you require guidance with processing improvements, data analysis, tooling reviews, or sensor placement suggestions, our Consulting team will be available on call daily. The RJG team is still working around the world to assist clients virtually. RJG Training
We are committed to continue providing our world class training, even if it means coaching from a distance. We are now offering additional online training courses. If you need to reschedule a training registration, we are happy to help convert your seat from an onsite course to an online course or reschedule you for a future date. We encourage you to work with our team to transfer your registration to a future date to avoid any cancellation fees. Pending any stay at home executive orders, if you are unable to convert or transfer your registration to a future date and feel you must cancel, our cancellation policy will be in effect.

RJG Products and Services
Our sales and production teams are still hard at work and available for questions, quotes, orders, and anything else you may need. Our product lead times are currently unaffected, and you can expect to receive your orders in the same timeframe as usual.

Travel to Your Facility
In an effort to keep our employees, as well as your employees, safe from the potential spread of any illness, we will evaluate if virtual support, consulting, or training can fulfill your needs before considering travel to your facility. If virtual training/consulting is not an option, we will evaluate travel to your facility on a case to case basis. If travel is required, we will respectfully adhere to your policies on accepting outside visitors. As such, we will request confirmation in advance for those of our associates or partners who are required to visit your facility.

RJG® is now holding classes at all training facilities. We are taking proactive measures to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. We are continuing to monitor and navigate the ever-changing conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Should anything change that could disrupt our ability to provide exceptional service or training to you, we make the commitment to communicate with you quickly and openly. We appreciate your understanding during these challenging times and want you to know that our commitment to providing, protecting, and building the value of your company and the quality of the products you produce still remains our highest priority.
