Reduce Cavity Pressure Sensor
Installation Errors

Included is information on selecting the right sensor and button sensor installation tips. Click here to see how you can reduce sensor failures from incorrect installation.

Support for your cavity pressure applications
Karl Bauer has taken on the role of Sensor Product Manager for North America. He will be responsible for supporting RJG's customers with in-mold sensor applications.  Karl will be working with tool shops to assist in the installation of sensors as well as working with customers  during the design phase to ensure the correct application and instrumentation. As a product manager Karl will also support further developments of in-mold sensing technologies for our customers.

Download eDART Software 8.6
The 8.6 software offers new features such as Alarm Stability checking, Flow animation, and an Effective Melt temperature tool. Click here for details on these software enhancements.

Protect Sensor Cables from Damage
RJG now offers two solutions for holding cavity pressure sensor cables in place to prevent them from being pinched. The first option, which is automatically sent with our sensors, are the cable guides. These guides hold the sensor cable in the cable slot. We now also offer a molding putty that can hold sensor wires in place when the cable slot is wider than 1/4". This putty is available upon request only so be sure to mention it when placing your order if this would work better for you. Customers can contact our Inside Sales Department for free samples of either option.
